Sales men did their jobs , I have a new car Nothing spectacular. We weren’t even out of Ft Walton when warning lights went off on dashboard , we pulled over and Called back , they just said “‘ it said as is “ Which is true, I just would have liked to get more than a couple miles away .
Bought our new vehicle from David Scott Lee Niceville. From sale to finance to out the door everyone was professional, friendly, honest and helpful. I would buy another vehicle from this location. The sales person, Jerry was easy going, very informative and no pressure tactics. Anthony, the finance guy was a pleasure and got us through quickly. The manager, Cameron, gave us a great offer on our trade and after the deal, thanked us for our business, gave us his card and said call me if you need anything or have any issues/questions. I’ve purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from David Scott Lee Buick GMC and every time has been a phenomenal buying experience. This last purchase, I traveled 5 hours and passed I have no idea how many GMC dealerships to buy my truck from the dealer I knew would take care of me.
Clean, accommodating, and answered all my questions. I waited about a week before getting a car. They held my car for a few days and when I said I still needed time, they didn't try and pressure me anymore after offering a lower deal once. I reached out again a couple days later and they were still ready to work with me to get the deal I wanted!
We had issues with another cat and needed a last minute help with getting into a new car. Karsun and James helped us out. They were very professional and easy to work with. They didn’t mind us bringing the kids and helped us keep them entertained and allowed the process to go by fast and easy! Thank you!!!
