The service center is much better than the GMC One Step in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The One Step GMC told me that having an appointment doesn't matter and charged me 3% more for using my Buick GM credit card to pay for the maintenance service which was over $800.
I walked into the dealership know exactly what I wanted, and it was the only one I test drove. My salesman was Eli and he helped make it happen! There were a few hiccups with the car not being ready on time, and still needing to go through service, but Eli and Peter were very communicative about the timeline.i would definitely recommend them.
